Job Description:

As a Data and Insights Analyst in Enterprise Metrics, you will play a pivotal role in connecting audience, engagement, and growth insights to provide a comprehensive understanding of performance. You will be the linchpin between our strategy teams and client upper management, delivering crucial insights and building centralized reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a central reporting system for enterprise metrics accessible to clients and internal teams.
• Enhance the frequency and scope of enterprise data available to both analysts and non-analysts.
• Collaborate closely with various teams across Data & Insights on multifaceted projects.
• Act as a single source of audience insight on company performance, partnering with strategy teams for high-level reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics or data science, or a degree in a related quantitative field.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in working with relational databases.
• Familiar with Google BigQuery, AWS, or other big data environments.
• Collaborative spirit, coupled with a curious nature and the ability to adapt to varying project ownership levels.
• Exceptional analytical reasoning skills.
• Demonstrated experience in independently leading data analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with web analytics data and understanding its impact on key business metrics.
